The European Network of Centers for Debate organises a series of civic debates across European cities on issues and problemes that currently put pressure on the Europeane project. The underlying aim of these debates is to better understand the rapidly changing social, political and ecnomic environment in Europe, and to discuss particular issues that effect the lives of citizens today.

The outputs of the debates are a publication of the 15 minutes films on Eurozine website (www.eurozine.org), which will establich a special sub-page, dedicated to Debate in Europe, and a preparing a report on the cleavages in our societies: a kind of a "warning paper" on the future of European societies.
