Essential Sixth-tones II
The Ostrava Center for New Music presents another concert in its essential series at DOX+. This time, they will be presenting the inaugural concert of the new harmonium.
Current 93
An extraordinary double concert by the legendary project Current 93, held on the occasion of David Tibet’s solo exhibition. Current 93 has for decades created a unique space at the intersection of apocalyptic nursery – rhymes, poetry, mysticism, dreams, and sonic playgrounds.
Antidote
Raising voice against the propaganda disrupting the world. Dakh Daughters does not stand silent in the face of the current threats, but raises a vibrant voice. They offer their music, poetry, and theatre as an antidote to all willing to listen with their hearts and resist the lies intended to distort reality. It is part of the Prague Crossroads Festival.
BERG Orchestra: Traces of Time
The season finale of the prominent Czech ensemble, the BERG Orchestra, will features works that reflect on the past, confronting personal memories with “great history”.
Israel & Mohamed
Exceptionally sensitive production showing that in mutual relations, differences can be just as important as common traits. Together, under the spellbound gaze of their fathers, they seek a common language based on the body, its wounds and its scars. It is part of the Prague Crossroads Festival.
Commander
The unique production combines a physical theatre performance with live music and a film starring child actors of Farm in the Cave studio to communicate an urgent, yet widely overlooked, topic – the online radicalisation of youth.
